The NOVA app has extensive authorization management for all those responsible for tasks within an event. This enables the people involved in event management to assign individual rights and only make certain areas visible and accessible. These also extend to defining which powers the respective person has and which activities the person may carry out.

Income/Expense Planning

Income / expenditure planning is not yet integrated in the NOVA app. However, there is already a draft for implementation in the NOVA app with the following approaches:
  • The recording of the relevant parameters and prices according to organizer specifications can be implemented promptly in the NOVA app.
  • Costs for eg equipment, external services, personnel deployment, room rental, catering, transport costs, accommodation costs, marketing, etc. can be transferred to this planning view and displayed in a live report. The event tool for budget planning can use the available data to calculate the necessary budget in advance of the event and calculate the distribution of costs, taking income and sponsorship into account, as well as calculate the ticket prices.
  • Invoices for participants, sponsors and other recipients can be generated directly from this database.
  • Our internal mathematicians and financial experts are available for the implementation.
